So, my knee is worse to me during the day . But now, when I try to run a mile, perhaps, is usually about a mile and a half or less if I have to stop when I is used to run 3 + miles. verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry The angry when absolutely love to run , my favorite pastime. What should I do? "The doctor said to wait and see, but it is 2 months and nothing has improved. Could it be growing, or what?

Hello:)
I'm 13 and I am a dancer. I experienced the same problems. You may have a thing called patellar tendinitis. It is not too serious, but if you are too hard. If this is very annoying because I have the same passion for dance. But when it comes to your health is a little more important than his hobby. Although this may be sad ... It's the right thing. If you are with your treatment and other excersize still better, and be able to stop running. But wish that my doctor did not push me too far. He also said that it can do in the situation, my work for the same effect as above. Then perhaps you will no longer run to cut it.
I hope that helped:)
We hope you feel better!
Add me:)
Is your training program includes therapeutic stretching the hip flexors? This muscle is the inner knee, May, connected and cause pain if it is too tight.
Did you go to a specialist who will work with their broker's? You will see the difference it makes if you know how to talk to someone, the athletes love it.
It x-rays to rule out any mechanical problems with his knee?
Perhaps you need to rest the knee again. Do you have an "OK" to start from your doctor to back up and running? The bike was his idea or go to the doctor? It may be that things are going. Investing on bed rest will save some time in the long term (no pun intended) because you have made a full recovery. My husband always start again very quickly because they are worried. Then again ends and you get hurt.
Good luck! What is so frustrating, but take some time. You want to be able lead a long, long time.
