Yes, that's right Stank. This type of meat (what a good cut is) will not be marinated. Nothing more than a good rub with garlic salt, then hide and cracked black pepper. And if you want more adventure, after the two sides Searing add a knob of butter with a sprig of fresh rosemary. Pour butter on top.

1 1 / 2 cups sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 / salad-3-cup Italian dressing
Honey 1 / 3 cup
1 / 2 c. Garlic powder

Pour into a blender, remove the meat sauce, soy sauce, Italian-style dressing, honey and garlic powder. Stir for 10 seconds. Pour over any type of meat, cover and let stand overnight, turning occasionally to cover all sides.

You do not really need to marinate the meat. Just rub a mixture of garlic, rosemary or thyme (both also super! Spice), olive oil, salt and pepper. The simpler the better. No need to disguise the taste of meat with a marinade too!

It is advisable not to marinade or include any kind of hole in them. I just use a hook for roasting meat.

If I marinate, it should probably use a mixture of worchestor sauce, red wine vinegar, oregano and garlic powder.

A little bit of crushed garlic, cracked black pepper and a little red wine should be all you need.

If you like other herbs, I recommend fresh rosemary. Goes well with beef.

A-1 sauce makes a great marinade. Easy to spread and wrap in wax paper and let stand for an hour or two, then grilled or fried.
